Return Period:

You may return an item within 10 days from the date of purchase.

Condition of Return:

Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received them. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items that show signs of damage not resulting from an error on our part.

Return Shipping:

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged item, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at luxurious.living@hotmail.com.

Non-returnable items:
